ZWAN Land At #3 On BILLBOARD Album Chart

Chicago-based ZWAN, the new band featuring former SMASHING PUMPKINS mainman Billy Corgan, ex-PUMPKINS drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, former CHAVEZ guitarist Matt Sweeney, ex-SLINT guitarist David Pajo, and A PERFECT CIRCLE bassist Paz Lechantin, are the highest debuting act on the next Billboard 200 albums chart, having sold 90,025 copies of their debut album, "Mary Star of the Sea", to land at position #3. Meanwhile, KID ROCK's "Cocky" maintains its #7 position for a second week, its weekly pull increased thanks to the crossover popularity of its fourth single, "Picture". Sales of Rock's 15-month-old album increased by nearly 20,000 copies last week to 75,000 units, bringing its total sales to more than 2.4 million.
